SPA Mock Trial

An exciting opportunity for Law students to participate in a mock trial. 

The event requires:

- 24 law students

Skills acquired:

- Drafting skeleton arguments, opening and closing speeches, preparing examination in chief and cross examination of witnesses learning about the Judge’s decision-making process. 

Please Note- There are two meetings that you must attend before the trial;

• Preliminary meeting on Tuesday 13th February, 10am-12noon
• Second meeting on Thursday 20th February 10am-12noon
• TRIAL Thursday 27th February Timing 10am-12noon

PLEASE ATTEND ON TIME TO THE MEETINGs AND MOCK TRIAL as the Service Prosecuting Lawyers are very busy

Students will be required to prepare from the 13th February - 27th February
