#LawLives: Advocacy 1 of 4
Professor David Rosen: Lecturer and Honorary Professor of Law, The Brunel Law School
This is a course recognised by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners UK Chapter and those who attend fully will be accredited with certificates. The course is set to place practical application of what you learn academically in your Law degrees into context: identifying frauds, non-verbal communications, investigative discourse analysis, corruption, theories of fraud and legal remedies. It is an extra-curricular activity—no assessments, no research, just attend.
Undergraduate students who attend 3 out of 4 of these sessions in Term 1 will, under the Brunel HEAR scheme, receive recognition on their final year transcript.
