Session

As stakeholders other than shareholders in a corporation gain prominence, listed companies face a dilemma: Whose interests should they address? This BMS Masterclass will explore whether good corporate governance which focuses on shareholder’s interests is a goal that conflicts with good corporate citizenship that requires corporations to address other stakeholders' expectation.
