A BMS face to face session: The Ethical Challenges of Digital Transformations in SMEs

Undoubtedly, the recent global pandemic has posed a significant shift to the digital world and consequently caused massive challenges to the protection of human rights. The Covid-19 pandemic necessitates digitisation by creating circumstances like remote working, which is one of the main sources of digital footprints. Yet after two years, transparency discussion of SMEs' digital footprint is still lagging. Since the COVID-19 pandemic has created an extensive dependency on the digital world, in this session we explore further what are the SMEs severe challenges for the management of data and digital footprints.
